Let’s Talk Business

Be at the top of your game in Your Downtown

Businesses located downtown are part of something bigger. Not only is it our region’s largest job center, but it is also a community that offers so much more. With everything from large corporate headquarters to small businesses, a downtown office puts you in the middle of it all. Business connections happen here. There are plenty of places to take a client for lunch or dinner. There are things for your employees to do. Commute times don’t have to be long for anyone since downtown is accessed from almost anywhere in the region within 20 minutes. It’s different from your ordinary office park. And the City introduced a great financial incentive: a rebate on your payroll taxes. Click here to learn more about the Dayton Economic Attraction Program.

  • Dave Hafenbrack, President & CEO
    Hafenbrack Marketing
