Class A Buildings
Class A buildings are generally newer office towers with amenities like a restaurant, fitness center, and premium decor and design.

Class B/C Buildings
Class B/C buildings range from office towers to smaller commercial buildings. Class B/C buildings do not feature the same or as many amenities as Class A buildings.

Non-Traditional Office Buildings
Non-traditional office buildings is a category that captures a wide range of structures from small offices over retail outlets to renovated historic buildings.
